Notifiable Events Policy: Safeguarding Children in Compliance with UK Regulations

At My Voyage Care Solutions, we prioritise child safeguarding through our Notifiable Events Policy, which aligns with UK regulations.  We treat any concerns raised by children with the utmost seriousness and urgency through our procedures.  If a child reports that someone has: 

• Harmed, or may have harmed them.
• Criminal offences committed against them or related to their welfare.
• Behaviours that indicate an individual is unsuitable to work with children.
• Actions that suggest a potential risk of harm to children.

In such cases, we will promptly make a safeguarding referral to Children Services to ensure the safety and well-being of the child.
